1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased directly from the FastStepBina website. To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The product must not be damaged or tampered with.
- You must provide the original proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return or exchange once opened or used, including but not limited to:
- Opened beauty products (skincare, makeup, etc.)
- Gift cards
- Any items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
2. How to Return an Item
If you would like to return an item, please follow the steps below:

Return Authorization:
Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Please do not return the item without this authorization.Packaging and Shipping:
